ABOUT NEW MOVEMENT
New Movement Pilates was founded in South Minneapolis, Minnesota in 2012. Our mission is to offer the highest quality Pilates instruction to every kind of body. No matter your age, size, or fitness level, Pilates enhances your life and gives you benefits such as stronger muscles and bones, more stable joints, better movement patterns, decreased stress and improved health and well being.
New Movement is a small, home based studio located in Merriam, Kansas. It is fully equipped with Balanced Body Pilates equipment. Conveniently located so that you can have access to individualized and heart based instruction in your neighborhood.
In Person instruction for one to two students at a time in Merriam, Kansas.
