PILATES FOR EVERY BODY
Pilates is the perfect exercise method for every kind of body. This equipment class is geared toward BEGINNER students and students who desire a slower paced class with modifications to ensure a safer work out.
Perfect for:  
Beginner, Pre/Post Natal, Seniors, Plus Size, Injury Rehabilitation...EVERY BODY!

BEGINNING REFORMER
Equipment Pilates class on the universal reformer.  Beginner students will learn basic reformer exercises which help strengthen your core, improve your posture, and lengthen your muscles. 
 
INTERMEDIATE REFORMER
Intermediate level class for students with 6 months or more Pilates equipment experience.  Get your play time on using Reformers, Foam Rollers, Physio Balls, and Magic Circles. Put the fun back into your Pilates Practice!

ALL LEVELS PILATES PLAYGROUND

Pilates equipment class for students with 6 months or more Pilates equipment experience.  Play on the Reformers, Exo Chairs, Jump Boards, and Foam Rollers.  All the fun of recess with a little more attention to learning new exercises and breaking them down for mastery.
 
INTERMEDIATE PILATES PLAYGROUND
This class is for advanced Pilates students who want to play on all the playground equipment. Reformers, Jump Boards, Exo Chairs, Foam Rollers, and Physio Balls will all be utilized to improve your strength and stability so that you will feel challenged whilst you play.  55 minutes resulting in a sweaty and satisfying recess! 

ATHLETIC PILATES
Intermediate/Advanced level class.  Want to pump up your Pilates practice?  This class will bring out the athlete in you and enhance your physical performance so you can improve your golf game, winter sports, running, or yoga practice.  Challenge your core, endurance, balance, and flexibility.  You will sweat!  


PILATES FOR NEUROLOGICAL REHABILITATION (AMBULATORY)

​Pilates Reformer class for students with any neurological condition such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, stroke, ataxia, or traumatic brain injury.  This class will incorporate Pilates, Yoga, neuroplasticity, and primitive movement to help strengthen your body and help you move better.  Students must be able to walk up a few stairs and get on and off the Reformers without aid.
